At Stone Heart we hold all our stock, however at times, we may be unable to fulfill your order owing to your selected item being sold out and no longer in stock.
Some of the reasons why this would prevail are:-
- computer glitches
- we do not stock large quantities of all the individual items available on our site
- many of our bezelled gemstone pendants, as well as a few other items are uniquely “one of a kind”. We may at a later time stock a similar item but it will never be identical
- being a new online store, and with trends and personal tastes being as widely varied as they are, it is impossible to please everyone
- with varied finger, arm and neck measurements, your particular size may be sold out
